This work is for women who are unlearning beliefs that were placed on them by others and once accepted as truth, beliefs about their worth, their capacity, their voice, and their place in the world.


For women who are reclaiming their sense of self, rebuilding strong boundaries, releasing energetic ties to what no longer feels safe or aligned, and returning to the core truth of who they are beneath the noise.

The Philosophy

Embodied Healing is rooted in the understanding that healing does not happen through force, urgency, or constant self-correction. It happens through presence, awareness, and a willingness to listen deeply to the body, the nervous system, and the inner world.


This approach honors the intelligence of your system (emotional, physical, and intuitive) and recognizes that your body carries information your mind alone cannot access. Rather than overriding or bypassing discomfort, this work invites gentle observation, self-honesty, and integration. Healing, in this space, is not about becoming someone new.

It is about remembering who you were before you learned to abandon yourself.

How This Differs From "Fix it" Healing

Embodied Healing is not about rushing to feel better, bypassing pain, or searching for techniques to quickly erase discomfort.


Unlike fix it approaches that treat symptoms in isolation, this work asks you to slow down and peel back the layers to observe yourself, your patterns, your relationships, and your inner responses with clarity and compassion.
